Notes:

This fly is tied like any other bullet head hopper. The only difference is that the Rainy's round foam rubber is split and then placed over the hook and tied down in segments. The round rubber legs are knotted and tied on the sides. The knots on the legs should have a small drop of supper glue applied to them so they will not come undone. The foam body should also have supper glue applied to it. You should also use two pieces of round rubber for the legs. After tying the knot and tying them on to the side of the hopper you should cut one piece of the rubber off below the knot.
