Notes:

- Start thread approximately 1/3 of shaft distance from back of eye

- Tie on wings

- Tie on tail

- Dub thread and wind body on to rear of wings

- Tie hackle & wind 2-3 turns behind wing, then 2-3 turns in front of wings

- Tie of hackle, build head and tie off

- Drop of head cement to finish
