Notes: "Weedless" deceiver using an Owner soft-bait hook. Tied in the style of a Featherbrain. With limited shank space, it's helpful to: (1) Glue mated pairs of hackle together before tying them in, and (2) Apply a coat of cement to each layer of wrapped thread. For durability, coating the finished head with epoxy is necessary.
